    Default Beta Testing and Resumes

Could you put beta testing, like when you participated in closed beta or open beta for games on a resume for a job as a QA Tester?

I figure since they look for relativity in resumes when pertaining to a certain job... it would make sense.

    Any suggestions?

Couldn't hurt to mention it I guess.
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear.

You shout and no one seems to hear.

QA tester like testing games or something else?

If it's the first one then I guess it wouldn't hurt, I would only mention it if it were some small indie game or something that you actually tested not just random korean f2p #11011 that you played to get a fix.

If it's for a real job though then hell no don't mention it or anything video game related.

I mean testing some shitty game isn't going to impress someone if you are supposed to be testing non game related software.

actually, i heard they DON'T WANT someone who is obsessed with gaming. I heard they want someone who is mature and responsible and is a casual gamer. so stating that you have 1200 hours of wow game play is not oging to help. neither is beta testing.

you should focus on education as in your technological background.
