It hurts.

So, I was fixing the brakes of my bike.
I wanted to move the brakes closer to each other, so I grab the iron wire's, and move them, when suddenly one pierces my finger and stays stuck there for 20 minutes, I had to ****ing use all my strength and balls to get it the **** out of there.
Now there's a damn hole in my nail.
(It entered from the other side of the nail and exited from the nail.)

It hurts so ****ING bad...

Any tips on relieving the pain?

not much do except taking a painkiller, bandaging it carefully and going for a trip to the hospital

I froze it under cold water already.
Sucking it up is easy, but not when there's a damn hole in my finger...

Not much you can do unfortunately. It hurts like a ***** because your finger has a lot of nerve endings, and its going to hurt for a looooooooonggggggg time.

make sure the wound didnt got infected, can cost you your finger if u dont act quick. im not sure what iron wire we talking about but those things all arround the tire can get pretty nasty. so clean the wound quick

I used spirituous, our however its called.
Then waited 2 hours, then washed it and used perfume xD.

That hurt like a *****.

Try cutting off that finger, that should help.
