Community wise it's doing good, played a month or two ago and had no complaints and about the second question you had with the so called "Rise" update, don't you mean the Rising Tide update? If so then yes, it already came out.

I tried it a couple months ago with the new update. I enjoyed the tideborne psychic class, but it wore off after the crappy movement and bland gameplay reminded me why I quit my wingelf priest over a year ago.
i can get over that... if i get into it... lately i been playing S.U.N... like it... just hard to party with ppl in it... for the quest u need help with 0.o... and idk we will see... can hurt to try i guess lol.
