Mytheon Open Beta Starts Today

Mytheon, an up and coming free mmorpg by True Games, has a sort of open beta / closed beta event coming up right now. The servers are online from April 28th - 30th, and anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to compete in the sweepstakes that comes with the beta.

To be honest, the game looks pretty interesting, and the client is < 50 MB. Takes maybe 2 minutes to sign up and not long to download.

Edit: Just a heads up, it seems that the client is 50MB but the Patch is 650 MB. Still going to try it out though.

it's actually a surprisingly fun action-mmorpg. i thought the concept and looks of it were weak, but it plays well and is pretty addictive once you get into it. fairly strategy oriented.

game is fun and its something new. A little bit like a strategy game + mmorpg. Like it so far

i really like the game but I have like a 1-2 second delay on anything I do. Really horrible

Where is the game hosted? I usually dont have latency in like any game.

Played it long ago, its a card game with RPG elements

The cards summon pets, and the pets attack stuff, heal or what ever.

Also your main character can attack.

The game is like battle forge but without the pretty cool awesome graphics and free.

They want to enhance the F2P MMO experience. Since their client is only 40 megs, they want it to take the same hour of time it'd take you to download a 4 gig client.

Yeah they are Updating the game atm.

and they are also going to do a Wipe so it wouldn't have mattered if you made a character or not now, but they are also going to extend the OB Period till May 2nd cuz of the Wipe.
