    Default Trend anti-virus problems

    I'm trying to update Allods online, but my anti-virus (Trend) won't let me.
    Usually I can just choose 'allow' when the pop-up comes up, but it says I have too many exceptions on my personal firewall and I need to delete one.
    I've deleted many, and it still comes up with that message when I tell it to allow Allods updater.
    It's driving me up the wall, especially since it'll probably do this more in the future with different games.
    Any people who know how Trend works so I can get it to work properly?

    Okay, I guess I must be deleting the wrong things, but I'm not sure how to get to what I'm suppose to be deleting.
    Oh, and it's Trend Micro Internet Security Pro.
    I go to the Main Console, then I press Personal Firewall Controls, settings, advanced settings, then program control which I thought had the stuff I'm suppose to be deleting.
    I delete stuff I don't use on that list, and it still says I need to delete one.
    *shrugs*
    I'd like to call the hotline, but last I checked they were having maintenance or something.
