    Question Mu Online any good?

    Hi,

Is Mu Online any good? Should i give it a shot or not? I'd like to know the good things and bad things.

I've heard it's free until lv. 60, btw. Is that true?

    Thanks.

EDIT: I'd have posted this in the Mu Online section if it weren't almost dead. ;p ..

if you enjoy getting killed every time you exit a town , then yes , its so easy to get killed by other players in this game . Mu-X is gonna have different rules but its not even in CB in korea ...

My entire gaming experience of this was right clicking in a group of monsters, having my AoE moves kill them, them respawning instantely, and me just holding right click.
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear.

You shout and no one seems to hear.

Took the words right out of my mouth.

People just sit and farm quick respawning monsters. That's entirely it.

It has some decent music, though.

The game has no kind of map and it has like only 2 quests through out the entire game.

It's one of those games where you simply grind for eternity.

For me, this game was awesome, but maybe just because It was the 2nd mmorpg I ever played.

First off, the game is based off pvp and pk. I agree that there's alot of grind but that is not the only thing you do. Everyday automated events happen which I remember were super fun: siegue wars, castle wars; and these were all organized by level, so you don't need to be lvl 200+ to actually have some fun.

And I don't know about you, but mages in this game are able to shoop dwoop across the screen with a giant laser. It's pretty flashy haha.
you also forgot to mention that if you aren't a Dragoon Knight or whatever its called, you will do poorly in pvp. Mages are flashy, yes, but they also die in 1 hit.
