    Is there any good cards out there that could replace this card without paying a fortune?

    Why do you want to replace that card?

    It can still play just about every single game at max settings at 1680x1050 res.

    My 8800gt OC can accomplish this and it is a little weaker.

    You won't see much of any improvement unless you pay 300+ USD for a card.

    I say you wait until the Nvidia GTX 500 series arrives.
    Too me purchasing an upgrade card right now is a bad choice if you have an 8800 series or better.
