    Anime has it's own anatomy unless for the small over exaggerated parts.

    If I draw some leg then all of a sudden they point inward at an odd angel and become really skinny then it looks odd no matter how you look at it.

    If a drawing is full of jagged lines instead of smooth lines it can make the drawing look bad. Kind of like jagged objects in a video game.

    If someone draws a character with a huge elongated forehead it will look out of place and not appealing.

    I you draw regular sized arms and then suddenly at the elbow they become ultra skinny and then you draw super small hands then it looks wrong.
    It's like putting the hands of a baby onto a full grown female.

    And again Japanese anime follows a similar style in human anatomy with small difference. The only large changes are usually facial features.

    Consistency is also an issue, if a drawing like this has many areas that are inconsistent then it will look bad.

    It's like trying to put together multiple styles into one drawing.
