typed it wrong lol i might to type dnfbut yea i keep getting that faq issue and then i also get this thing with a date on it what said 12 13 on it

Unless you got a screenshot, I can't get exactly what the error is.
If I just go by random guess, maybe you need to log out from official site once, log in again, and try again...
Since japanese version have a strange tendency of if you take too long from login to actually getting into game, it times out and prevents you from logging in.
