Xbox Death Brings New Life

This morn' I awoke to the sounds of chirping birds, to the smell of the fresh morning due, and to a red ringed xbox. I turned my favorite steed on only to be greeted with a big "**** off" in the form of a red ring. I thought quickly and looked for my warranty...it had ran out a year ago...

So screw it, PS3 today or bust?

Recommended games? Thoughts? Reason why I should not get a ps3? Much appreciated guys.

Get the PS3. Get Battlefield Bad Company 2, Little Big Planet and then the rest depend on what kind of games you like. A ps3 is very much worth the investment (:

Well, you don't have to pay for online member ship.

And the games are the exact same, besides some exclusive releases.

I'd say the only difference is the community and Microsoft's management system for friends and crap.

Is the community better or worse on PSN? On XboxLive you can't join a game without a majorly pissed off 12 year old screaming.

Call xbox service they can maybe help you the fix Ring of death on xbox 360 or fix it for you i called them when i had Ring of death on my 360 they came to my house get my 360 fix it there and i got my 360 after 3 weeks plus 1 month free gold member

For the most part most PS3 users tend to be quite mature at least from what I've ever experienced :3

It'd be nice to know what type of games you like but whatever.

The red ring occurs only because of the heat pats in that thing. You can easily fix it with thermal paste, electrode tape and 8coins. I have the RROD to atm and I'm gonna fix it tomorrow using this method ;D Look up the method on youtube.
