On the other hand people who act out things in their dreams or dream walk/drive/screw/eat are lacking in that chemical. Meaning if no one had that going about their system when they were asleep, you could go about moving and doing the things you are dreaming about in real life. My cousin use to lack such a thing and thus would dream walk. However my friend who also lacked that chemical could not ever get up, at most he would sit up and move his arms and legs and also talk. It was a bit awkward at times when we use to sleep over when we were younger only to hear him talk about things I probably should of not heard. But I have heard of people having sleep sex and sleep driving among other things. It's a bit odd tho, it seems when I am paralyzed after waking up, if I am touched or moved I come to. If not, I could be there stuck, not being able to move for some time. Which normally ends up to the HIGHLY common hallucination of the "shadow people" we have been talking about lately. Most religious folks of the past claimed it was the devil, or at least a demon that was holding you down taking over your body. Because honestly that is kind of what it seems to be. But as I've told people before, I do not believe in the devil, or demons, or anything like that. The event seems real and most of the time I can feel myself being held down of strangled. But in the end of it all, I just shrug it off because I know my mind is a very dangerous and capable thing.
