When I was a kid, my mother said that if I go to America I have to be careful not to drop plant pots on people's heads because they would sue me. I was like T_T Americans are evil.

If google told you to play in traffic, would you go run in traffic? No.
She sounds intelligent, as it is obvious that she did it on purpose. I mean, after being led to the highway she wasn't aware that it was potentially dangerous when she got onto it, she had to wait until a car hit her to realize that? Come on, obviously someone noticed a flaw in Google's system and was seeking a lawsuit from the beginning.
There was a case a few years back in my area of a woman tripping on a curb, hitting her head on a car, and then suing the manufacturer of the car. Pretty sure she lost the case, but still...
