Default Age of Conan, Aion, Warhammer

    Anything new with these games?

How are these games doing in terms of PvP, PvE and end game content right now?

Is Aion still full of grind? Does the AoC expansion affect pre end game? Is Warhammer still lacking in things to do other than realm pvp.

And which one out of these has the most subscribers so far?

The AoC expansion does change some of the pre-end game, there is a new race and a 20-40 leveling area with them.
Every 4 days you also get a free level but you can save them up (I have 10 and spent 5 to get to 50) and is really helpful to get into the expansion.

Free levels, that's an awesome system. So if I subbed for one month (30 days) I would get seven free levels to spend? Fifteen over two months? That's a really huge gift, and makes me want to play pretty badly.

Aion has the most subs (not for long)...here's my thought on the various different games :

Age of conan : Endgame is buggy raids but still kind of fun. Basically gear grind, same as WoW as well as a little bit of PVP if your on a pvp-based server.

Aion : Has more grind than ever, I suggest against it :| new patch made level grinding a teeny bit easier, but it made kinah/gear grinding 20x longer...so gl with that if you decide to play it. Endgame is pretty much just dueling/dredgion/guard farming/DP/abyss instances to grind for abyss points, and that's only after you grind about 16mil kinah +200~600+ bloods for the fenris quest and get really lucky.

Warhammer : Of course lol there are dungeons and such but the game is completely based on PvP. Never gotten to endgame and whatnot though I heard people liked tier 1~2 better than 3~4 so maybe just playing the trial would suffice? Dunno.

AoC is completely based on pvp, assuming you play on Tyranny the pvp server, i dunno why else you would play aoc. Anyway you have regular lvls and pvp lvls, you can attack players pretty much anywhere and the pvp lvls do not come easy, i rarely have time to lvl with how much pvp is in this game. Sure it has raids but thats a small fraction of this game, and you dont need to raid for gear, pvp levels unlock new pvp sets

Oh I dunno, you need to PvE to level, get gear, and get new skills for your characters, so I wouldn't say AoC is completely 100% PVP based.

Warhammer would be more PVP based than AoC seeing as they pretty much made the PvE side of the game so terrible that you don't want to do it.

Aion is just a huge grindfest.

AoC also has the most unique combat out of all of them.

Aion 1-50 is the easy part, when you get to 50 is where the grind starts >_>

Yeah you would, but you don't get them all at once so if you subbed for one month you would have to wait 30 days before you get all 7.

    Also:
All players with characters already above level fifty now have a one time option to create another character that starts life at level fifty. This character can be of any class you want to make so you can jump straight into a different class without having to go through the early leveling stages. This is available to all players from here on in after they reach the milestone of leveling a character to level fifty. An empty character slot is required to create this character.

To create this level 50 character, just create a new one like you usually do. At the end of the character creation process (when you press [Play]) you will see a window asking you if you want to start this character as a level 50 or not.

Please remember: every account is entitled to one 'direct to level 50' character only.

To sum up: extra free lvl 50 char after reaching lvl 50 ^^.

Currently playing AoC on the EU PvP server. Its pretty much a gankfest during you level but I play with my friend so its fine as long - as you are into pvp.
Not the best game ever but for the time being its better than enough.

You could add Lotro (Pve mostly) to the list or maybe try EVE (sandbox). Who knows it may catches ya.
The Situation is Hopeless But Not Serious.
