There is one college team for every college team (not like fantasy where many people can manage the same team). College and pro squads are trying to fill out their four person coaching staffs now. You will start out as an assistant, and learn the ropes. Hit the Chat board after creating a coach and you can try to find a job. Or, search the map and apply for positions at the best programs/franchises.
