It's just the beta that got released. The skills are useful, you could add another lap during a race if you want and you also have a skill to inflate your tires after you run over a stringer and the skills gird is simple compared to many other MMOs.
Loads of vehicles in the upcoming game and no news on the GM or Mass Events yet. It's interesting to see the worlds from Most wanted and Carbon joined together.
People who complained about the MMO are complaining too early, that's my opinion.
