Deus Ex, brilliant as it was, suffered from terrible AI and unbalanced gameplay. It's great, I recommend it to everyone, possibly more fun than Mass Effect (depends on what you like,) but when it comes to everything but freedom Mass Effect wins out. Play on Insanity. It's difficult, but it's not frustrating. You really have to use your brain and different strategies for the various encounters.There is no difficulty and repeating the same thing over and over again gets quite tiring. I don't know but I think I like Mass Effect 1 better but Mass effect 2 has better character customization and crap.
