To get stream address for FME 2.5, click red big *** button on top that says Broadcast then, Optimize your video quality or learn how to broadcast from a video game console or other device, press GO, then We've created a profile for you to use with FME, click the appropriate button to download it , click 2.5.

Adobe Flash Media Encoder 2.5.0
Why 2.5 and not 3.0, becouse 2.5 uses less resources and CPU, and always run it on command line.
Set it up through GUI CP then just run in command line.
