The Goblin and the Butterfly - free beta MMORPG

The Goblin and the Butterfly ( TGatB ) is a free MMORPG in beta stage.

The game server is up and running and the game is already playable.

There are 6 skills to level, creatures to fight, NPC's with quests and a world to explore.

TGatB has an in game chat and mail system to communincate with other players, online and offline.

Two PK (Player Kill) maps are in game, storages, where you can deposit your items to protect them from losing them, NPC's who buy and sell stuff.

The client is open source, the source code is freely available, the artwork is free to use.

Players and volunteers, who want to help the game, are welcome.

Judging by the source code, it's pretty impressive. I haven't touched C in months, though.

If you want to get in touch with C again, feel free to make some patches for the client.

His seems a bit more well done. It's not used on the same engine as every other playerworld.
