I highly suggest finding a girl that you find the most attractive personality wise...and then try and flirt with her, compliment her, don't be afraid to ask her out. Just go "Hey...want to see a movie" at your age (I'm assuming you CAN'T drive) that's pretty much the best place to go.

During the date play it smooth, I actually LIKE to watch the god damn movie...and let me just say...first dates are first dates...don't expect to have an epic make out scene on her front door after she says "I uh...had a great night" because it's not like that man.

You guys make it too complicated. i don't have a GF, never had one and its because I have to get myself set. I had my first attempt at talking to a girl at a public amusement park. Now I love asian girls and there aren't alot of them in my state. So their rare here, to me. So when I would go to anime conventions and etc. I would kinda look but i never had the confidence to go and talk to them.
So basically I was at the go-karts and there was a smoking hott hott one in line. I said to myself " I'm going to go talk to her no matter what." So I did and she didn't really seemed intrested in me, but I still said more than hi to her. Even with being partially rejected I still had a smile on my face because I Tried.

The Fact is, don't change your personality for noone but you. For if you do, you are a tool.
