I've always been playing female avatars but the one thing I never do is say I'm a girl lol, That's just stupid. I always end up on a ventrillo in a guild one way or the other so yeah. It's an mmorpg...play whoever the hell you want to play.

But some of the creepos out there are actually good at doing that.

Then again, you can always ask for a way to talk to them.
Skype, webcam, and if you're that desperate to find out, a phone call.

I generally just call them a she if it's a female avatar, male if it's a male avatar. I don't really assume anything about the person behind the computer.

Actually, I don't even refer to them as he or she unless I know, generally just refer to them with a shortened version of their character name.

I don't either, because they mostly know I'm a male and if they don't, I tell them either way.

Though right now I keep some guy on the leash that really thinks I'm a girl. The co-leader of the guild I'm in said me to tell nothing for the pathetic (meaning 'for teh lulz') hits he's trying to make on me.

In this case it's the question is who the creep is: he or me. lol
The rest of the guild knows I'm male so w/e.
