Well, he's small, tiny, and fast which pretty much sums Ichigo's Bankai.

Also, the rule of manga is(in most shonen titles):
"Large"(or any) muscles = powerful but easily beaten
No muscles/bishonen looks = super fast, seems weak but will rip your face off before you can blink, probably a main character

^ ofc~ they need to make the majority of people reading/watching animes and mangas feel good....and these people are usually skinny/wimpy~ (I know I'm one of them )

man... imo bleach is just bulllshiiting its way along to get all the more fans it can before its over..They stop like every fight and make 10 more chapters before it continues.

They still have kenpachi in houeco mundo w/e they coul use him as filler badass arch anytime they need too.
