Well the way you guys talk about it makes it sound like a movie. Or OVA or whatever. Yeah I hate anime so I don't really care if I'm wrong or not.

Perhaps but don't forget a lot of animes start off as manga and scribbles on a piece of paper. It just requires more imagination when you read the manga and most anime nerds have short attention spans.

all animes are fan subbed which we watch online ... except for licensed ones like Funimation licensed animes and such ... and it doesn't matter if its OVA or OAD or Movie or Tv series ...

sometimes the license company will give permission to sub it, such case in the past was with "Hikaru no Go."

but it was subbed illegally before obtaining permission ...

nope, it wasn't license before. when it became license, they then asked for the permission and was allowed to continue subbing it since the series was already almost done. the OVAs are another story
