I need some quick help DX

I bought Bioshock 2 on Steam.. all is fine and dandy, it is done installing n' patching, then i run it and it auto crashes. I restart my computer, then it works. I then play some League of Legends for a bit and then try to play it again, but it keeps on crashing and the proble report says this:

Even when I restart it this happens :/ How can I fix it?? QQ

Could be a bad install. Try deleting the game files and redownloading.
