Default Aion trial? And Wow or Aion?

Right now i'm downloading the trial of World of Warcraft. While i'm downloading,i'm wondering if there's a trial out for Aion because i also want to try it. I'm sick of F2P mmos and wanting to try p2p now.

To add, what game is more "bang for the buck"? Aion or Wow?

at end content WoW wins cause of the variety of instances/raids/pvp/ and also more balanced classes *my opinion*

Aion has way better graphics and still pretty fun. both you have to farm pretty hard and Aion you will have to grind once you run out of quest forget what level that was think somewhere close to level cap.

Aion is...I guess you can say asian version of WoW in terms of popularity~

customer service, updates, maintenance, events, and various other things are well maintained and operated by NCSoft. Its a given considering how successful the game has become in Asian countries (Korea, China, etc).

I personally prefer WoW though, mainly because the game is easier on a casual player~ there are tons of things you could do besides running raids/instances/pvping. Aion on the other hand, besides dredgion, instances, and fort raids, there isn't much to do towards end-game~

How easy is wow for a newbie anyway? I mean,i've played on *cough* servers before with 40x exp and custom maps so its obviously way too different from the retail game. Is there auto move on quests?

With RAF you can easily get 60 in a couple/few days. Then once you get to Outland it's smooth sailing. My orc warrior went to Outland at 58, got through Hellfire and Zangarmarsh that day, ended Terrokar forest at 68 the next day. Northrend took a little bit longer, about 4 or 5 days if I remember correctly, but I imagine they'll decrease exp it takes to go 70-80 when Cataclysm comes out.

Depends what you categorized as easy. Leveling is easy, but getting to know your class is another story. My guild hasn't even downed Lich King HC on 25man yet, and we've been trying for weeks. So; don't expect everything to be easy WoW is still more popular in Asia then Aion. Anyway, WoW, because the game is just pure addiction, and the community is more rich and friendly, and you can a variety of different players from all around the world. But yeah WoW, has gotten easier because of community playing it have more knowledge about the game, so more information is passed around, addons are developed etc.

I honestly don't know, most people preffer WoW, I was never one of them.
I preffered EQ2 over WoW.. and I haven't gotten far into Aion yet (tho, I'm loving every minute of it)..

I like Aion more than WoW so far, but aion isn't that mutch like WoW at all...

Im in the same boat as you, but I'm going to wait and see how FFXIIII is since WoW really costs $70 to start with the expansions. Personally I'd go with Aion since its only $40, and if you don't like it, then go to WoW. Best of luck to you
