Hey guys


Since Onrpg is one of the most popular F2P websites,when a new guy enters the internet he might just start pressing tabs and end up seeing these 3-4 letter shortening of words and become puzzled

This little post is to expand it if you wanna call it that

Please add any words that i forgot

WTB-Want to buy
AFAIK-As far as i know
NVM-never mind
WTF-What the ***** Shouldn't really add this one but it is used a lot these days

Newb - A person that is new to the game and does ignorant things because they don't know better.

Noob - A really annoying person that gets on everyone's nerves and is a complete jacka**

Nub - A short way of saying Noob.

WoW - World of Warcraft

IDK - I don't know.
Idc - I don't care

pwned - dominating something or someone. A typo from Wow that instead of the npc saying "owned" they said "pwned" and hence the word is created.


LOL has two meanings these days,League of Legends a MMO and laugh out loud
