The beta client download only links to the beta server (Bullroarer)

Once this goes to open beta and live, you will need to download and use the regular client which links to all the live servers.

AFAIK, you have to use the beta client. Its bigger than the regular client.

I am pretty sure there is going to be a wipe, since CB player's have a server of there own, and I doubt they are going to keep that server up and running once the game starts.

You can keep making new accounts on file planet and getting unique point keys.
