ALso, is the infinite gold only for 1 char, or for all chars ? And what about holding bags ?
    Slow down there kid....lol

I got 10K of TP by signing up for multiple beta keys at fileplanet. You can use as many TP keys on a single account.

I dont have an answer about the gold or bags thingy.

so anyway, is there a way to access some beta page in lotro.com? (yes I did use the beta key, but like where's the beta section?) Fileplant downloads at turtle speed and I'd like to see if downloader would go any faster.

The official downloader on the LOTRO forums is fine for me. Going at 500 kb/s with another download on. About 5 hours to download as it is sharing with the download of Martial Empires. I'm off to sleep anyways, looking forward to it tomorrow, loved LOTRO when I used to subscribe.

Anyways, hope the community will still be awesome even when it goes F2P, doubt it though.

Does anyone have like 70 hours left on their download? None of the speeds are fast at all.

new question: can i use the codes for the "ad points" option at the DDO site too?
I dont really know. Probably not, since its for DDO coins and LoTRO uses Turbine Points.

If file planet still has more to sign-ups, grab multiple Turbine Point keys that way. They can all stack into one account.

Be back online after class. Everyone playing add me to your friends list.

LOL, from the way Champions is looking, I have a funny feeling it will go F2P before 2012, and you can quote me on that!

My fileplanet download just died at 40% after 3 hours of downloading.

Is there any other way to download the beta?

dont u mean 'NEVER EVER buy a lifetime sub no matter what game or company'? :P seriously.

    its either
    1. u get bored of the game in a few month and wasted all that money on the lifetime sub
    2. another game caught ur attention so u wont be playing this anymore and u wasted all your money on the lifetime sub.
3.(and most likely) the game gets shut down in 1-5 year and ur still out more expensive then u would with a monthly sub.

What do you expect from a high end graphics game?

Depends on how much they charge you for lifetime sub... It could be cheaper than subbing for 3years+...

Wait, LOTRO isn't high end graphic ~! It's a few yrs old and it's not AoC either. My 5yrs old Dell not State of Art could play it with High settings when the game came out. Not sure about after the patches though......... ALso, notice the High Resolution Texture Pack as well. That might bump up the Specs.

The transfer of lifetime sub to the F2P model is worth it. You are considered a VIP member with monthly income of Turbine points... all for free.
