I'm liking the Warden Class quite a bit. Has both Ranged and Meele DPS. Not a tank but can take decent dmg, and the way you put together attacks with the gambit system is pretty sweet.

Uhm, it is a tank, a decent one even ;o Not as good as a Guardian but you'll be expected to tank quite a lot in fellowships.

My friend tells me that the Guardian is a better tank only because it can generate threat quickly, whereas the Warden's builds over time.

Something like this. Dunno too well really as I've never played a Warden very high. My Guardian's level 56 though.

Hello. I'm new.

I'll admit it, the only reason I found this site is because I was looking for LOTRO F2P info. I played it for a bit back in 07, but I simply didn't have the money to spare to keep paying subscription.
I signed up for the beta, but surprise surprise, no key in sight.
Then I saw on these forums that there were keys being given away!
Imagine my face...

So, I decided to sign up to see if anyone here could spare me one.

Although after checking out these forums, it looks like I'll stick around, as this community seems in tune with what's happening out there in the free MMO world.
I often try and check them out when I have the time, seeing as games that cost money are pretty much out of the question for me.
Perhaps checking in here now and then will keep me on the cutting edge, so to speak.

And maybe I'll make some friends to play with...

Well Well, if it isn't the quiter giving advice =P. It's only a tank class if you go the way of the shield, If not you're pretty useless as a tank and seeing as i'm going way of the spear. I don't think ill be a tank lol

No sadly. It would of been lols worthy, I was grinding Spiders in the marsh lands outside i think it was Combe. I Made a dick joke then a sarcastic comment about gay's even though the joke i made was calling myself gay.

15 minutes later....screen goes black, "You have been Banned".
I died laughing.
