Guild wars 2 - Ranger profession skills

The ranger is a jack-of-all-trades and a master of them all as well, relying on his keen eye, steady hand, or the power of nature itself. A master of ranged combat, the ranger is capable of striking unwitting foes from a distance with his bow. With a stable of pets at his command, a ranger can adapt to his opponents' strengths and weaknesses.

If rangers can really do all that ingame, and not just in videos to show off, I'll be impressed.

You know and i don't really say this that often but i really do think Guild wars 2 MIGHT just knock world of warcraft off its throne as leading game.

I'm really impressed by the game play, graphics and general lore of this game and best of all its only going to be B2P.

    Roll on whenever

iam not sure but you can see the green effect skill (serpent sting) this looks for me like sin attack and i think Ranger = Sin too the same is at the Tank movie
Tank = Gladiator too ! It nearly the same as in GW but the chars have now more Classes in 1 for exampel :

Ranger = Sin, beastmaster , archer, Trapper and something like a Nature type Caster
Warrior = Tank , Gladiator, Warcry Supporter and a little bit of an archer
    Mage = 4 elements

I dont think you will see a seperate Sin class but we will see

    Lg

That's assuming assassins are even in, honestly I'm not sure if they will, since rangers look like they could potentially be very sin like when in melee.

Also, not sure if this has been mentioned, but appearantly pets are a integral part of being a ranger. So much so that if you don't like pets, you're better off playing a warrior with a bow supposedly.

Oh and rangers can tame sharks.

    God damn sharks.

    Hell yes.

Got high expectations for this =]

The first Guild Wars and it's expansions were excellent, this one looks more action orientated, hope it transcends the first =D

Huh? Of course all those clips are ingame, that's obvious, pre-rendered would look very different, I don't even see why you'd get the idea it was pre-rendered... (Admittedly the scenarios are likely scripted, but that's acceptable)

Anyways, I'm a little disappointed how much they've changed from the original, really going to miss the skill system from GW1.

On the other hand, if I think about this as a game of it's own and not a Guild Wars game, it looks awesome.
