There will be character wipe?

Can anyone experienced tell me the real limits about content on free players?

I know there are many caps like Money or Char cap...but i mean about Quest,Dungeons,Content...

I readed something on forums LOTRO but never have played it before so i cant say if its like having WoW Classic without other expansions.
