Your first mistake: Playing HoN

Trolling aside, I've noticed that people who act like you and call everyone noobs, etc. are never very good and don't have a good team mentality.

Also, if you're using matchmaking, you should be up against people of your skill level. Which probably means you're in low ELO type matches.
