Can't uninstall?

Whenever I try to uninstal anything it comes up with this error.



And when I click cancel.



I think its a virus, but really, I have scanned countless of times with Malewarebytes, and Kaspersky, but everything is clean.

I tried locating the ''autorun'' or ''uninstal' but I couldn't find them..
So maybe the virus deleted every ''autorun.dat'' or either ''uninstal.exe''?

The window border is transparent, so either Vista or 7. I believe Hatashi has 7.

Anyways, a long shot here, you could try to reinstall .net framework. I believe I had some issues with windows that were resolved after reinstalling it.

Edit: messed up. It's Windows Installer you need to download, though I can't find one for windows 7. Give me a minute or two and hope I'll find a link.
Edit2: Windows Installer 5.0 isn't out for separate download yet, as it is an integral part of windows, so this way won't work. Sorry Hatashi. Perhaps try Windows Update?

Ehm..

I think the problem lies within a virus that has deleted all of my uninstall.exe's.
Some programs can be deleted, but others cant, I can't uninstal any games at all.

Look up and download the program CCleaner. It also has a uninstaller in it but I suggest running the cleaner first. If this doesn't work use RevoUninstaller.
