and ive been starting to workout
im an ectomorph too which means harder muscle gain,
sometimes i feel like i need to work out, since im extremely skinny,
lifes pretty shit sometimes
and those times im like f@ck everything,
so whats the motivation that keeps one to workout everyday?
and for some reason, i almost throw up every time i work out.
