dude i am at onrpg since 2002? (or was it 3..cant remember) and i know the rules. You have over 200 posts and still dont know the rules.

Fenix, he doesn't understand english too well because he is from the phillipines, and in his defense he 1. had no idea there were rules 2. Probably didn't even know there was a screenshot thread/what it meant. Then again, I could just be wrong and he is one annoying guy who likes to spam like no other(which is what it seems, but hey, who knows)

really. I dont think he didnt know. When you go to this section you can easily see the screenshot thread at the top of the page.
Rules? every forum has rules. Thats normal and i think this guy knows that too but he is just too lazy to look at them. If he goes on he should get a warning..

For your information, Filipino people who know how to Speak English are the best in SEA or probably in the entire ASIA. I regret to say that we should exclude him though. But, you shouldn't have included the entire country in your statement.

something to ad: at onrpg are people from all over the world. English is main language and the people who are not that good in english still understand the rules and so on. This guy is like a 9 years old boy who just dont understand nothing what we are saying
