People are cheap and ask regardless of the game. The changes with DDO and LoTRO make it even more popular to ask for it.

The only way it will fail is if it's completely lobby based.

or if it lacks of content, or if the gameplay turns out to be not so good, or if pvp system is not good, or if pve and instance system is not good.... I can go on and on with this list, it has many ways to fail....
