People are cheap and ask regardless of the game. The changes with DDO and LoTRO make it even more popular to ask for it.

maybe they just don't have enough money to spend on a game?

besides, the graphics and gameplay is hyped to the extent that people won't mind paying to try the game out.

maybe they won't mind paying to try it out, but what if the game fails (which I think it will, in one way or another) like many other hyped ones?
