I have a question, I was issued 2 citations for the same thing. My front wheels were pointed towards traffic while parked. My question is can they issue me 2 citations for the same thing? One was on July 29, 2010 around 11pm maybe, the other July 30 11 am?

But there is a good chance that they will drop one if you go to court and talk to the judge about the time span between citations. Unless, of course, he is a hard-***.

Were you parked there overnight? As in, were they issued for the same thing before you had a chance to move your car?

Also, were you allowed to park there for 12 hours? Better check before you use that as an excuse and get ANOTHER ticket.

I checked, i was aloud to park there over night, and yes i parked there over night. I wake up to find 2 tickets on my Window. before leaving for a 45minute drive back home.
