New CPU and win7 64bit. 32bit is capped at 3.2gb usable ram.
The CPU will require a new motherboard unless you want to throw money away.
There is a new series of graphics cards coming out end this year/begin next year so you might want to wait rather than upgrade it now.
Soo... budget and are you able to put a PC together by yourself?
