Lv 21:
In this quest you have to stand directly where my char is and use the red orb circled in red.
In this quest you have to be not in party. Stand by npc and use this red orb from previous quest. It will teleport you to another map and if you use it 3 times, it's going to teleport you to place with NPC lying on the ground. Rest is very easy.
