T3's (Tylenol with a little Codeine in it) are great. They make you constipated. Don't make you oblivious to everything around you. Losers crush them up and snort it, I heard the effects are similar to Cocaine but I've done neither so... These are really the weakest painkillers around, but they do enough and they do it safely. After a shot of Morphine, hospitals check your vitals quite often. Normal extra strength tylonal has nearly no effect on me.
If you get cough syrup with it in it you just pass out in a chair and drool all over yourself. Works great though.

ALSO, the bioavailability of codeine is 90% when INGESTED. That means its better to let your tummy do the work like pills are meant to do.
Not to mention it CAN'T be good to have all the fillers they put in pills anywhere near a mucus membrane.
I'm sorry to go into detail like that, but please, for the sake of everyone...tell your friends - don't do it.
