in ur 4rd pic, i see some white lines on ur waist, i haf some too, but they wont' go away no matter how hard i scrub my body during shower.

Anyway, you had given the impression that you knew something about bodybuilding so i was asking how this diet was:
Breakfast- ½ cup oatmeal with scoop of whey
Snack- handful of almonds/peanuts
Lunch- bread with tuna/egg whites
Snack/preworkout- oatmeal with scoop of whey
Post workout- whey protein with apple/banana/watermelon
Dinner- Chicken/beef with broccoli
Reputation: 34like others have said - trying to build muscles when your still going through puberty/developing is a no no..you could really stunt your growth and you will regret it
its ok to be "in shape" but yeah lifting a lot and bulking and cutting is not a good idea
Ohhh, I know quiet a bit about body building, It looks good. Just remember to always be full, never be hungry, or starving. I was always hungry, and lost about 6 pounds, because i didn't eat enough. It's good to mix solid foods with your liquid shakes, because those will give you some extra stuff. I drink about 5 protein shakes a day, I'm about to take Overdose which is a muscle gainer, So i have to eat more then that, i'll also be stacking it with Red Stinger Black Label, which is like a pre workout pump, that burns your fat. Never go to the gym more then 1 hour, body builder told me this, those guys that go for like 4 or 5 hours a day, they're doing way to much, and may not be able to refuel it, it's just bad, thats what i've heard from maybe 4 or 5 BB's

But man, imho, your body fat is around 15%, you should stay where you are, and cut fat then bulk up.
Seems like ppl are suggesting its best for me to bulk up now? If anything, this diet should do it.

Since your only 14 man, i wouldn't suggest really lifting, maybe join a sport, but it's really up to you. I wouldn't worry about cutting at your age, nor with your body type. I would suggest bulking up if you'd like to, but i wouldn't i didn't start till around 18, haha. Remember to do all the exercise correctly, don't overdue by putting on a ton of weight, and thinking it looks cool, It won't get you any bigger, and you just hurt yourself, like my friend did.
Reputation: 51wtf your fine just stick with running and calisthenics (pushups, situps, pullups etc) and eat what ever you want. IMO you shouldnt be body building until youre 18+ then go to the gym

Reputation: 36Lean/muscular? Then do what i always do, never Lift weights. I mainly do 100 push ups (2-3 reps) every other day. Jogging 30 minutes with 1 lap of sprint for every 10 minutes. For my Lower Body, crunches non stop until it hurts (3 reps) 3-4 times a week. I was a swimmer and we used to do this stuff everyday. I'm not as ripped as i used to be but this stuff will get you lean and muscular without bulking up.
Also Eat!! doing this without proper diet will pretty much ruined it. If you eat less you'll lose weight.
Reading all this i got...if i use proteins..i wont grow so much? Becouse thats quite good for meIm realy tall for my age now and i have to stop a little
