Heres how,

0:10 Girl inside pulls her hand back and prepares to jump out of the back of the box. A flexible person is lying in the floor of the box. Its this person's left hand that is seen sticking out of the cloth.

0:19 - 0:22, girl jumps out the back and moves to the guys position, they switch standing there. Thirds person's left hand is still seen sticking out of the box.

0:22 - 0:24, the man runs and gets inside the box.

0:28, person pulls hand back, man sticks hand thru hole

Done!

I still kinda don't get it D: How the heck would there be a third person in that box?

he didn't get into the box until the very end- if you notice, she holds the blind with her left hand while he holds it with the right- when she took the blinds off, thats when he got into the box- he was holding it with his left hand, then the right hand pops out after she took the blinds off.

the second she grips the fabric, she's out of the box and into position.

you can see where they switch positions when the sheet goes up- the hand disappears for a split second.- the box is probably rigged so that he can get up it partially, and they make you focus on the hand while they change positions.

i don't know the exact details, but thats about how they did it. very clever.
