Default Looking for a free mmorpg

Looking for a fun free mmorpg to play with a decent amount of players.

I don't want it to be high graphics/big download because my PC is kinda shit. (704mb RAM with onboard video card) and I want it to be FREE.

Also, I like games where you can chat, global chat, and private message other players. A game with high communication between other players is good.

The type of game I don't want is text based games.. I don't know if text based is the right word, but there are A LOT of them, basically you register, login and there are little menu buttons to check your economy..etc.
You can't freely roam around and chat with people. I hate these types of mmorpg, no offense. They are just boring to me so please don't recommend any rpg of that nature.

I have already tried runescape, I thought it was ******ed. I also thought gaia was ******ed.

One MMORPG I did like is endless-online.com. Here's a screenshot.

But the game's community sucks now and is dying.
buncha ******ed kids, hacking, and the admins don't log on anymore..

    Can anyone help me out?

Doesn't have to be browser based. Ive heard of ragnarock before but never tried it, I'll check it out.
Caesary isn't what I'm looking for, I don't like the whole click different villages from map thing. I want completely free roaming.

We must go forward, not backward. Upward, not forward. And always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom!

    Currently Playing:
    - Guild Wars 2

    Waiting for:
    - Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade

Eternal Lands is kinda like runescape, except its fully free, and has a very in-depth system. The DL is about 50mb. I suggest it if you like those kinda games.
