Did I do this on Ebay correctly?

A buyer recently bid and won on one of my items that I was selling and then when the listing end, I waited for like five days and the buyer have not pay yet.

I filed a unpaid item claim via the resoulution center and now it said I am suppose to wait four days right?

After the four days I will close the case manually and if the buyer still doesn't pay then I will pick the option that the buyer did not pay and then I get back the money that I was suppose to give to ebay when an item sells right?

I filled a claim once. I dont remember ever closing my case tho.

He didn't pay.

On my ebay it still said awaiting payment and its been five days.

SO I didn't send him anything except an invoice.

I don't use Ebay, so don't trust me on this.



But I believe you've done the right thing.

Go to the ebay forum. Ask them, they always seem to give the right advice on these things.

Yes.

When you have the option in 72 hours to choose that he didn't pay they will credit the final value fee of the auction. You'll also be able to relist.
