Canada. I live at the centre of a 150KM(about 90miles) radius where there are only 1 or 2 black people. They don't leave the city very often.

Actually, all the schools around here have very few ethicities. If you disregard natives/metis you'll only find 1-3 at best.

the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is all about ethnic minorities. I'm pretty sure the majority of people in my area are Indian (as in from India, durr) or black. Considering I've lived in the GTA all my life, I'm used to diversity, and get kinda weirded out actually when people mention it.

imo true lack of racism = just not mentioning or even thinking about it,not because it's taboo,but because it doesn't matter.

Well... my 6th - 8th grade I was the only white kid in just about all my classes.
Quite honestly, I don't care what color you are... just as long as you aren't some loud disrespectful kid.. all good in my books.
