Custom Resolutions

So basically I've been having problem with my monitor, it only shows a portion on the screen. The screen won't fit no matter what resolution I put in.

Check if your image is completely on your screen through the screen settings.

I found a fix for it a while back with a program called PowerStrip but I recently bought a new GFX card now PowerStrip is not compatible with it.

What I am asking is do you guys know any software that allows you to make your own resolution & be able to resize & adjust it.

Your GPU drivers can do all that.
