Reputation: 1151Everyone is being mad disrespectful. It doesn't matter that they are mods, they are members of our forum that post on a regular basis and are part of the community. If you have a problem with them, ignore them. You can put them on an ignore list and never see another post from them if thats what you want.
Don't go posting about it and whining like a child. That accomplishes nothing and makes you seem like an immature idiot.
I'm not saying you should like everyone, I'm saying you should hold your tongue and just ignore them. Be the bigger person.
someone told me you can't ban mods.
alright, thanks xeno for answering my question.
This is a pretty interesting topic since I have noticed all of these bannings lately. I am surprised that I have not been given a warning or temp-ban before, sometimes I get a little edgy towards people.

Reputation: 785Honey, we're not nearly as harsh or unforgiving as some people make it out to be. Probably because those some people don't know when to stop.
The big thing to not getting a warning or temp-ban: Just relax, don't sweat the small stuff, and be a chill person. Don't insult anyone, don't be a child and try to provoke someone, etc. And you'll do fine.
Reputation: 20Pretty sure that The Lounge came into existence because there was too much spam going on in General.
Not for user freedom.

I can't get over how classy this picture is.
We shall climb this ladder and ascend toward a better OnRPG.
no can do wicked. the structure doesn't look like it could hold the 4 people that want to climb that ladder.
we'd need a siege onager to reach a better onrpg.
Mass bannings? Well, it's a good thing that if you follow the rules you have nothing to worry about :P
not as much as a castle.
Reputation: 218I just wanted to input that banning people aimlessly is not going make the site lose money. Do you pay for anything? No? Then how are they going to lose money if they ban you? They're not.
Theoretically, they could ban you without rhyme or reason, but they'd get in shit for it after. Then, when somebody got around to noticing the person was still banned, they'd be unbanned. Probably. More than likely.
we were so close to being off this afternoons trollfest
You wanna know why so many people are getting banned? It's because they decided to push the rules just under the banning point, and then wear their infractions like purple ****ing hearts. Then they went, "this is the internet, people tell me to slow down and I'm screamin out **** that". Peeps jumped on a Norrin hating bandwagon, and if they weren't such pricks they might realize that trolling and hating ANY MEMBER of OnRPG is kinda against the rules. I'm surprised that more action wasn't taken sooner.
Also, Trueelements, Falseelements, Bannedelements, Tableofelements, or whatever witty username you have right now, you can suck my hairy balls. You got b&, you can't fix it, so grow up and be a man, wuss.

Reputation: 785People tend not to go to forums, and are less likely to stay in one, where bannings happen willy-nilly. This means over all less people active on the forum compared to other ones, and so less people clicking ads and going to content that is paid for that we have deals to advertise.
Matey and Mime were temp banned. I don't know about the others, relax.
I was banned just last week. It's nothing to ***** over.
This fuss is so meaningless. The only member we should get back is Godyofwar. That is all.
