I have a old Steam of mine which has games like Napoleon Total War, and Empire Total War, and Warhammer 30.0000 or something.


Am I allowed to give it away here?

The rules say

You may not post trades of game accounts, in-game items for real money, and/or trading an item in one game for an item in another game. You may post normal trades that stay with-in a game with stuff already in that game.

Technically, it doesn't say anything about giving stuff away. However, that could be an unwritten part of the rule, or we may in that case look at the account's terms of use.

Unfortunately, I have to leave right now, but when I get back I'll find out, or someone who knows for sure might reply by then.

I do not want this account to get unused and then blocked by steam because it was inactive for such a time, meaning I would off have throwed away my 100 bucks.
