Okay, so I was supposedly being shipped off to Job Corps in Kentucky. I have been on the waiting list since July, and I we don't really know when they are calling, and in the middle of August, I decided that they will never ship me off, so I went Job hunting, no luck, and found something at McDonalds, but a friend who works there says the system has been down, and it has been three weeks.
My uncle just told me they pretty much have given up on Job Corps, and I am getting shipped to my old house (Whihc is falling apart) in Haloween, so I have until then to start BACK up my life.
It's good, but I have many problems with this.
I don't have a license yet, I was working on it, but then my uncle and aunt took me to the Job Corps place to listen to a lecture on it, and we missed the appointment for it, and I never got it rescheduled, cause they said Job Corps gives you a license, and NOW they say they don't have the money to pay for classes, so now I have to get the money from working to afford classes, which are 500-600 dollars.
The Mcdonalds I applied at, is now out of the list cause it's too far and say I will have to pay for gas so they can take me, and that's out of the question since I don't have the money for it.
College. My financial aid got rejected, I have no scholarships, so I have to find a way to pay for college.
I was going to use the advantage of Job Corps to major in cooking, then go to college for something in the art/music field, but now that Job Corps seem to be out of the question, I don't know what to do anymore, I dunno what to go to college for, and I have until the winter quarter to get the money to get into college, then choose a major.
I am overly stressed, I don't know where can I find a job to help all these things by the start of winter quarter, I need advice, does anybody have any, it would be really helpful. . .
