Throw a password on your windows account, boot utorrent/whatever, press winkey+L and see if it downloads. I'm not sure if that works, so that's why I tell you to see if it downloads or not.

make a extra user and log into that one at same time. You can restrict what they can do so it wouldn't be a problem. Or just delete everything of it so it's a clean geust account. So no IE or whatever.
